Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2062) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 14 am                                                                           
     "An Act relating to an absence from the state while providing care                             
     for a terminally ill family member for purposes of determining                                 
     eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; and providing for an

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 14 am, thus adopting SCS HB 14(STA), and                                            
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to HB 14 am?"  The roll was taken with the following
