Full Journal pdf2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2084 HB 14 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2062) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 14 am "An Act relating to an absence from the state while providing care for a terminally ill family member for purposes of determining eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 14(STA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 14 am, thus adopting SCS HB 14(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 14 am?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 14(STA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
